Job summary

AA Asphalting, LLC is seeking a dedicated driver to join our Vancouver, WA area team. The role involves driving and operating paving-related equipment, performing daily checks, fueling, and supporting on-site labor while adhering to safety standards. Occasional nights and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, securing loads, and traveling to various worksites. The position requires a valid license, good driving history, and a pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Follows all traffic regulations.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional nights.
• Ability to travel to various worksites.
• Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Drives and operates paving equipment and trucks.
• Performs daily equipment checks and fueling.
• Loads/unloads equipment and secures on trailers.
• Works with non-operator labor as needed (driving, shoveling, raking).
• Maintains safety and quality standards on job sites.
