Job description

Bituminous Roadways, Inc. (BR) is a growing, award-winning, and established union highway/heavy contractor looking for a Paver Operator to join our team.

Company Locations

Main office in Mendota Heights, MN, with additional plant locations in Inver Grove Heights, Shakopee, Columbus, and Minneapolis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Paver and set up equipment before each shift.
• Direct truck drivers, enter paver smoothly, raise/lower the box, and exit when empty.
• Observe material dumping for segregation and proper consistency.
• Monitor and maintain paver functionality.
• Read and understand grade stakes, machine control, and cab displays.
• Regularly lift over 50 pounds.
• Work in extreme weather conditions.

Preferred Experience/Education:

• At least 2 years of Paving Machine Operator experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
