Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in asphalt maintenance, sealcoating, or related construction work preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and repairing cracks or potholes prior to sealcoating.
• Apply sealcoat materials evenly using spray equipment or squeegees, ensuring coverage.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as power brooms, crack filling machines, and sealcoat sprayers.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality standards and address deficiencies.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and needs.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations related to operations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
