Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team in Georgia. You will operate and transport pavement marking equipment, ensuring safety and quality on road projects.

Valid CDL A or B with a clean driving record is required, and flexibility for night or weekend shifts is essential. Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening is expected. We offer a safety-focused environment with comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read work orders, maps, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials
• Operate pavement marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation
• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites
