Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services seeks a Pavement Maintenance Technician to apply materials on pavement surfaces using specialized equipment. You’ll work outdoors, serving commercial clients across the Spokane metro area and North Idaho.

No experience required—full training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, DRIVEN team. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results daily.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation
• Punctual and organized
• Self-motivated with problem-solving mindset
• Experience towing equipment trailers is a plus
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Engineering or technical education is an asset

Responsibilities

• Operate line painting, crack filling, and sealcoating equipment
• Tow and transport equipment trailers safely to and from job sites
• Assist with other pavement services as needed
• Plan and execute projects with attention to detail and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free job site
• Report issues or needed repairs to the Operations Manager
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• Work as part of a close-knit, high-performing crew
