Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring for various clients. You will plan projects, monitor progress, and keep the Operations Manager updated on daily status.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to work independently on-site across city projects, supporting client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required.
• Punctual, organized and detail-oriented.
• Physically demanding role with walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently; experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Additional tasks as required.

Job Summary

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

• A driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred, and a reliable mode of transportation is required.
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
