Job summary

DeHart Asphalt is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) to join our crew. You will perform a wide variety of pavement projects for our clients across the city, including line painting, crack sealing, seal coating, patching, and installation of regulatory signage.

Must have a valid Arizona driver's license to operate a truck with trailer, and be able to work in the Arizona heat. 1–2 years' experience in pavement maintenance preferred; you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum experience in Pavement Maintenance (patching, seal coating, striping).
• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform line painting, crack sealing, seal coating, patching, and related tasks.
• Drive truck with trailer; valid driver's license required.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Work in hot AZ conditions.
