Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the work area.
• Trained to operate lowboy lift and forklift.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules.
• Working knowledge of Oracle to read screens.

Responsibilities

• Verify count and finish designations for each run.
• Transport runs to presses using transport tables and lift.
• Load collated runs on transport tables.
• Coordinate with teammates and Team Lead for material and ETA.
• Notify team of next runs and replacements as needed.
• Return pattern boards to racks or assembly.
• Coordinate press calls, left offs, replacements, or changes.
• Ensure updated schedules accompany runs to the press.
• Inspect rolling stock and report maintenance issues.
• Participate in Lean and Safety processes.
• Train new transporter staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
