Job summary

Wilsonart International is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support the Assembly lay-up stations and Melamine sheeters. The role focuses on inventory control, data entry, and timely material flow to production lines.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling both treated and untreated materials, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to lean initiatives while maintaining safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of swift lift operating experience is preferred; if none, six months of Wilsonart manufacturing experience acceptable.
• Attendance in good standing per company policy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Enter inventory data and counts into the computer.
• Perform accurate inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with pattern pullers and Melamine department to fill run schedules.
• Pull and prepare treated and untreated materials for layout and production.
• Retrieve materials from multiple departments into inventory.
• Inspect materials for defects and proper dimensions.
• Pull materials for replacements to Assembly or Pressing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas and follow lean processes.
