Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Patrolling Security Officer to join our security team.

The role involves observing and reporting activities at client sites to ensure safety and security, protecting people and property, and performing routine security duties across shifts, including weekends. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must pass a lifetime background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance required (no visible tattoos/piercing unless authorized)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities at client sites to ensure safety and security
• Protect client property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking up to 5 miles; may involve stairs and uneven terrain
• Lift up to 10–25 pounds as needed
• Provide professional security services across shifts, including weekends
