Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring Security Officers/Guard to join our dedicated team. Roles include full and part-time positions at client sites where you will observe and report activities, patrol premises, and ensure safety for personnel and property.

Prior experience is not required, and training is provided. Applicants must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, meet licensing requirements, and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Security Officers observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, protecting property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking may be required for long periods and may involve stairs and uneven terrain.
• Must meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Full time and part time positions available (16 - 40 hrs/week).

Will be securing a warehouse. Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and conduct foot patrols both indoors and outdoors. Strong customer service skills are required. No outside electronics or cell phone use will be allowed.

Security Officer/Guard

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:

• Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.

Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
