Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Patrolling Security Officer to help maintain a safe environment at client sites. The role provides opportunities for growth with the company and includes a drug screen and background check as part of the hiring process.

We are seeking candidates with strong customer service skills and the ability to meet licensing requirements. Training is provided for those new to the security industry, and there is potential for part-time or full-time roles with weekly

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are required.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Must meet licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• No experience necessary; training provided for newcomers.
• Retail, food service or hospitality backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring safety of property and personnel.
• Frequently sits, stands and walks; may involve stairs, inclines, and uneven terrain.
• Lifts up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Provides customer service and information to clients' employees and customers; enforces site regulations and directives.
• Maintains security and order as required by client site policies.
