Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency actions.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; document visitor activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Prepare clear reports of patrol observations and security-related activities.
