Job summary

Allied Universal in Bonita, serving corporate sites in the Chula Vista area, is hiring a full-time Security Officer - Patrol Driver at $22.50/hr. The role requires a California Driver’s License and an active Guard Card. Schedule: Tue–Sat, 2 PM–10 PM.

You will provide client security, respond to incidents calmly, and perform regular patrols across the site with attention to policy compliance, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• California Driver’s License required for driving positions; background checks and drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to varying client site conditions.
