The role includes monitoring access points, conducting patrols, documenting observations, and coordinating with site leadership to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Backgrounds considered in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, families, and the public while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify entry per site procedures to maintain orderly surroundings.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, notifying appropriate personnel or responders as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and document observations.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports per Allied Universal procedures.
