RTX in the United States (Tewksbury MA or Huntsville AL) seeks a Systems Engineering Ukraine Missile Cross Product Team Lead to support a large Patriot program. You will lead system architecture, requirements, modeling and simulation, and EVMS reporting for a Patriot partner country.

The role requires a STEM Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, active Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship; travel is required to meet programmatic objectives.

Competenze

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs and participating in leadership proposal reviews.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Be responsible for cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country.
• Ensure System Architecture and Technical Baseline are developed and maintained.
• Ensure System Requirements are developed and maintained.
• Ensure Software Requirements are developed and maintained.
• Ensure Modeling and Simulation products are scoped and provided.
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for a Patriot partner country.
• Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status.
• Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives.
