Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator to support NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Global Patriot Program in Tewksbury, MA. You will influence the Patriot Product Line and IPTs to deliver contracts, services, and support for multiple partners.

You will provide tactical direction for program execution, maintain cadence, and ensure requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using approved tools, offering valuable program-level experience and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management and administrative functions

Responsibilities

  • Lead proposal execution for NSPA programs, including pricing at multiple stages, RFIs, negotiations and agreements
  • Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) including risk reviews, schedule performance, reviews and staffing
  • Prepare, revise, and monitor documentation and analysis in compliance with IPDS, contracts and company policies
  • Support program risk and opportunity processes to meet financial goals and obligations
  • Ensure delivery against financial, technical, and schedule commitments within contractual boundaries
  • Develop partnerships with IPTs/CPTs across Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Data Management
  • Coordinate customer program reviews and visits, maintain program cadence
  • Identify gaps and obstacles and communicate effectively to foster accountability and teamwork
  • Support domestic and international travel as needed

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator (PI) supporting NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Global Patriot Program.You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Cross Product Teams (CPTs) in delivery of the material, services, and support contracts executed by NSPA for multiple Patriot partners.

You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.

What You Will Do
  • Lead proposal execution for NSPA programs, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiations, and agreement (in collaboration with Contracts);
  • Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  • Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures – mostly good feedback;
  • Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations;
  • Meeting business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations;
  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) within but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions;
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits;
  • Proactively identify gaps and obstacles. Communicate effectively - up, out, and across. Cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
  • Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
Qualifications We Prefer
  • International program execution experience, Foreign Military Sales, Foreign Military Financing, or Direct Commercial Sales experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval
  • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
  • Program Management Certified Level 6 or Equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
