Job summary

A defense training organization is seeking a 14E Instructor to provide instruction for the Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer course at Fort Sill, OK. In this full-time position, you will deliver advanced training, focusing on missile system operations and maintenance for soldiers. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the ADA MOS, holds an ACTIVE SECRET clearance, and is qualified as a 14E. This role involves evaluating student performance and updating training materials as per requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the 14E ADA MOS.
• Active SECRET clearance at time of hire.
• Proof of qualifications within 14 days of award.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction using Government-approved POIs and lesson plans.
• Teach operations of Patriot Missile Systems.
• Instruct on C4I systems.
• Conduct training on missile reload and maintenance.
• Evaluate student performance and provide retraining as necessary.
