About the Role

The Regional Director of Sales, PATRIMONY, provides strategic leadership to achieve sales and marketing objectives for the PATRIMONY brand through sales, distribution, and educational activities. The primary focus is on distribution and volume goals in the West division, working directly with key accounts and internal teams. This is a remote role, based anywhere in California.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial management related to P&L, pricing, and support
  2. Collaborate with National Sales Director, ICON, and Luxury Sales Teams on distributor plans, reviews, surveys, trade education, and sales meetings
  3. Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans, including sales goals, budgets, trade marketing, and education programs
  4. Work with Sales and Marketing to establish pricing and investment strategies
  5. Conduct sales activities such as market visits, trade shows, and events
  6. Build strong relationships with key distributor personnel and accounts
  7. Develop luxury account targets, drive distribution, track activities, and ensure deadlines are met
  8. Provide market feedback to Senior Leadership for planning and programming

About You

  1. Stay updated on luxury wine consumer trends and behaviors
  2. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to work with diverse groups
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
  4. Deep knowledge of varietals, regions, and wines
  5. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
  6. Willingness to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours
  7. Minimum of 10+ years in luxury wine sales management
  8. Thorough wine knowledge
  9. Preferred experience in team management, goal setting, hiring, coaching, and budgeting
  10. Reside in California and hold a valid driver’s license
