Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking a Transporter to move patients to radiology across modalities, using carts, wheelchairs and beds. You will support technologists and nurses, ensuring forms are completed and procedures are followed with care and professionalism.

The role requires current BLS certification, EKG competency, and 1-2 years of acute care experience; orientation and policy guidance are provided. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Must demonstrate EKG competency.
• 1-2 years acute care experience desirable.
• Good organizational and communication skills with staff.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from Radiology modalities using carts, wheelchairs and beds.
• Assists technologists and nurses in moving patients to exam tables.
• Ensures completion of communication forms by all staff; follows departmental procedures.
