Job summary

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a Patient Transporter to move patients safely and promptly within the facility. You will deliver courteous service, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and follow hospital policies while coordinating with care teams to support operations and patient experience.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety during transfers, and effective communication with nurses, physicians and transport aides.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate / GED required.
• Previous patient transportation experience preferred.
• No experience required.

Job Summary and Qualifications
