Job summary

The Transporter is responsible for the safe and timely transport of patients within HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. You will deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff, physicians and departments to coordinate patient movement.

As a PRN transporter, you will follow policies, demonstrate ownership of tasks, and work with care teams to support patient flow and safety in a busy hospital environment. A patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• BLS certification
• 6 months related work experience preferred

• Transport patients safely and timely within the hospital
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with staff, physicians and departments
