Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Patient Transporter at BEAUFORT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. You will help move patients safely and with compassion to where they need to go, supporting the hospital team and patients' well-being.

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Transporter at Sodexo, you will put patients at ease with a big smile and big heart, getting them where they need to go. This is a key role within our hospital team and your contributions will have a big impact on the well-being of patients.

Responsibilities include

• Transfer patients in a safe and appropriate manner by means of walking, wheelchair, stretcher, or beds.
• May escort or transport patients or deceased individuals within a hospital, senior living, or another medical facility.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
