TriHealth invites applications for a Patient Transportation Tech at Good Sam Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. You will be responsible for transporting patients to and from various hospital areas, assisting with patient comfort, and handling related items as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills are needed.
• Ability to pass CPR and use two-way radios effectively.
• Prior related experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from nursing units, procedure areas, testing, therapy and laboratory locations.
• Assist patients arriving and departing the hospital, including handling specimens, supplies and medications.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper operation of equipment during transport.
• Adhere to department policies, infection control guidelines and service standards.
