Job summary

Compass Intervention Center is seeking a dynamic and talented Patient Transportation Driver to transport patients to and from the facility as well as additional required appointments and outings. The driver may serve as an active supervisor during transport.

Key duties include safe, professional patient transport, coordinating with the dispatcher, and performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Must be able to operate GPS devices and cell phones for navigation and communication; position

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• TN Driver License with F Endorsement or Commercial Driver License.
• Physical Examination (aligned with DOT standards)

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to outpatient treatment daily in a safe, professional manner.
• Coordinate with dispatcher and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Operate GPS devices and mobile phones for navigation and communication.
