Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a support professional for the UCHealth Virtual Health Center with a focus on clinical and technical real-time support onsite. The role runs full time with 72 hours per pay period and 3 days per week, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. Compensation ranges from $18.83 to $28.25 per hour, dependent on experience.

The position is onsite only with no hybrid or remote option. Responsibilities include responding to clinical requests, monitoring equipment, and maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• BLS Certification as required within 30 days of hire.
• Telemetry or CNA experience preferred.
• BLS card required/renewed according to American Heart Association guidelines.

Department: UCHlth Virtual Hlth Center PTT

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days - From 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. 3 days per week.

Pay: $18.83 - $28.25 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.

Responsibilities

• Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
• Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
• Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
• Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross with card in-hand before start date. BLS card must be good through sixty days of hire. All renewals must be issued by the American Heart Association.
