Job summary

Requirements include completion of Patient Sitter Training, CPR certification, and CPI training with certification, along with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse age groups.

Qualifications

• Prior completion of Patient Sitter Training is required.
• CPR certification is required; CPI training with certification is preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to communicate with individuals of varied ages and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Observe the patient at all times to ensure safety.
• Maintain a safe environment and report any changes in the patient’s condition to nursing staff.
• Communicate concerns regarding patient wellbeing to the care team.
