Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Patient Services Technician Specialist/Phlebotomist for a full-time role in Kentucky. The incumbent will collect blood via venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients of all ages, perform urine drug screens and paternity collections, and conduct breath/alcohol testing as required.

Experience with challenging draws in various settings (care facilities, prisons, or behavioral health environments) is preferred.

Exhibit proficiency in all of the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, breath/saliva alcohol testing, LCM/Cyber Tools, TestCup, pediatric blood collections, difficult draws (patients in mental retardation facilities, long-term care facilities, drug rehabilitation facilities, prisons, psychiatric facilities, or similar facilities).
