Valley View Hospital’s Roaring Fork Family Practice in Carbondale, CO is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for a full-time role. You will provide friendly reception, organize patient flow, maintain patient files, and handle calls with professionalism.

This position is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; two years in reception/clerical work is preferred and visa sponsorship is not offered. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Come join our Roaring Fork Family Practice as a Patient Service Specialist Full-time!

We're looking for a Patient Service Specialist to work full time in our Family Practice Clinic located in Carbondale! As the Patient Service Specialist, you will provide friendly reception duties, organize patient flow, maintain patient files and accounts, answer and handle phone calls appropriately, as well as additional tasks.

This is a Monday-Friday position with rotating weekends!

• Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
• We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas

Experience:

• Two years in a reception or clerical field is preferred.

Salary Range

• $19.00- $27.75/hour
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience
