Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX seeks a front desk/clinic support specialist to streamline patient flow, greet patients, schedule visits, and prepare paperwork. You will also handle basic billing tasks and insurance inquiries.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least one year of customer service or office experience; EPIC experience and insurance knowledge are preferred. Strong communication and cash handling skills are a plus.

Qualifications
