Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to support a busy medical clinic at the Brooksville Office. You will perform clerical tasks across front office stations and learn all duties to ensure seamless patient flow and service.

The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Experience in the healthcare field is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.

Responsibilities

• Will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic.
• All PSS employees learn and perform all duties of all front office stations.
• Demonstrated strong copywriting and editing skills are essential.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
