Swedish Health Services is hosting a Virtual Hiring Event on Wednesday, September 23rd for our Patient Services Specialist openings. We have multiple full time, part time, and per diem day shift openings for our clinics in the Seattle area, including Ballard, Edmonds, Issaquah, and Redmond.

Location is Virtual and time is 9:00AM - 6:00PM. The Patient Services Specialist - Journey Level handles core front-office tasks with increasing independence, including patient registration, appointment

Qualifications

• 1 year medical office or related healthcare experience OR
• 6 months Experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at check-in and scheduling appointments for routine and basic healthcare services.
• Perform general clerical duties and support the care team to ensure efficient patient flow.
