SimonMed Imaging seeks a friendly Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy and care. You will verify insurance, collect demographics, and process documents to ensure a smooth start to every visit.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or healthcare registration, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining patient-centric service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

$22 - $25 an hour
