Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is hiring Patient Service Representatives in Olympia, Washington. These full-time positions will support our clinics in various specialties, ensuring excellent patient service and care.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and preferably experience in a medical setting. Full medical, dental, and vision coverage from the first day, along with other competitive perks, are offered.

  • 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience working in a medical setting.
  • Additional coursework in business or health care related subjects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent patient service as part of the care team.

At Providence Medical Group SW, our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. We currently have full-time roles available. Here are a list of departments we support in the following locations:

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Two years of community college/business school training.

  • Coursework/Training: Additional course work in business or health care related subjects.

  • 1 year experience working in a medical setting.

  • Physician group practice.

  • Experience with electronic medical record.

Salary Range:

WA Puget Sound Min: $21.30, Max: $30.26
