MaineGeneral Medical Center is seeking a friendly Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and provide essential front-desk support. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, schedule and register appointments using EMR systems, verify insurance, and guide patients to financial counseling as needed.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a busy healthcare setting, with weekend rotation opportunities and a collaborative team

• Medical office or healthcare registration experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance verification processes.

• Willingness to participate in a rotating weekend schedule.

Compensation Information

$19.50 - $35.18 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position.

Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.

In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on‑call, and other applicable differentials.
