Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a front desk/medical office administrator in New York to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare charts. You will verify insurance and collect payments while supporting a caring, professional environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a medical office setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and reading skills.
  • Basic familiarity with computers and office devices.
  • Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Suite).
  • Medical office experience is a plus, interest in reproductive medicine a must.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at RMA of New York in Eastside, New York City.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (shifts assigned based on practice need); Weekend rotation, 6:45 AM to 12:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Shifts assigned based on practice need); Two holidays per year
  • Compensation: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
