The US Oncology Network is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator Float for Texas Oncology in Georgetown. This full-time role supports the Medical and Radiation Oncology Department and will float to Harker Heights, Georgetown East, and Round Rock North sites, with a Monday–Friday 8:30a–5:00p schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ months front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software.
• 5+ years front medical office receptionist experience for Sr level.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Must complete required e-learning courses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors to the clinic in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Checks in patients, informs clinical staff of patient arrival and provides and explains required paperwork.
• Answers, screens, and routes routine questions; collects co-pays and balances and provides receipts.
• Schedules returning appointments and provides details like time and location to patients.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports general administrative duties.
