US Oncology Inc. is seeking an Onsite Patient Services Coordinator to provide administrative and clinical support within a private outpatient infusion suite.

The position offers flexible scheduling options, a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM workday Monday through Friday, with no weekends or major holidays.

This role requires a strong on-site presence to support daily clinic operations, coordinate patient care activities, and deliver an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Provides administrative support to the infusion suite clinical staff and patients to ensure a seamless patient experience start, entering a new patient into our system, to finish, when a patient leaves the infusion suite. Professionally greets and welcomes patients to the infusion suite. Schedules appointments for patients in an efficient and timely manner. Answers, screens, and directs all incoming calls to appropriate personnel relaying messages between patients and clinical staff. Supports and adheres to the Intrafusion by McKesson Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics, Business Standards, Standard Operating Procedures, and Intrafusion by McKesson’s Shared Values.
