PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a Patient Service Coordinator to bridge patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring seamless care access. You’ll verify coverage, secure authorizations, coordinate referrals, and optimize schedules to support efficient patient experiences.

The role offers growth within a nationwide physical therapy practice, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off. Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, in Wisconsin.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, healthcare experience preferred.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

Schedule

• Full Time, 40 hours/wk, Monday-Friday

Compensation

Pay Range: $18-24/hr(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
