Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; post-high school diploma preferred
• Associate degree in a technical specialty (18 months minimum) is preferred
• Experience in multi-specialty clinic billing and front office is a plus

Responsabilités

• Register patients accurately and verify insurance information
• Post payments, balance cash drawer, and prepare daily deposits
• Process insurance claims and assist patients with forms
• Assist with outpatient coding and error resolution
• Schedule surgeries and appointments, maintain patient charts and records
