Pediatrix Medical Group in Englewood, CO is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Reception & Administrative Support specialist to welcome patients, verify demographics and insurance, and collect payments.
You will schedule appointments, coordinate communications between patients and providers, support billing and eligibility tasks, and help maintain HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced medical office.

Team members accrue PTO as they work up to the maximum accruals stated above. After reaching the maximum accrual, a team member does not accrue additional PTO time until the team members uses sufficient PTO to fall below the maximum permissible accruals. Full-time team members who work less than 40 hours will accrue on a pro rata basis.
The Company observes the following Holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Juneteenth; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Friday after Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; and 1 Floating Holiday.
NOTE: The paid holidays above are offered to regular full-time team members upon employment. Full-time team members who work fewer than 40 hours per week will receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis.
Pediatrix provides paid sick leave to full-time team members through our PTO with accruals outlined above.
