Job summary

This position is in office with the Kennedy Medical Group, Practice, PC in Cherry Hill, NJ. The PSA II will enhance the patient experience by processing arrival and departure activities for visits, obtaining pre-certifications and/or pre-authorizations, verifying insurance, referrals and patient demographics.

The role may require coverage at Sewell when needed. Greet patients, schedule appointments via EPIC, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate courteously with patients and/or visitors.
• Willingness to provide and support a positive Jefferson Experience for all patients and/or visitors.
• Ability to multi task while managing a time sensitive workload.

Salary Range

Salary Range $17.00 to $21.89 Hourly The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive. Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.)
