The Patient Services Associate I at Jefferson Health enhances the patient experience by courteously handling arrival and departure activities at the front desk of an outpatient practice. You verify insurance, referrals, and patient demographics to keep visits flowing smoothly.

Work primarily at the front desk, interacting with patients and visitors in person or by phone, ensuring accurate scheduling and prompt check-in and check-out using EPIC.

• Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
