AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Advocate Services III to welcome patients and manage front office interactions with compassion and respect. The Lead will assist in delivering patient-focused care and mentor PSA staff to achieve department goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and leadership exposure. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese are strongly preferred, with AHA/Red Cross BLS certification highly valued.

The Lead is a member of the health care team by assists in the delivery of patient-focused care by demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Lastly, the Lead assists in achieving department goals and objectives by providing support and guidance to the PSA team as a mentor and trainer.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 1 year of experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist, 2 years of experience preferred.Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred.Minimum 6 months of experience as a PSA or in an equivalent health care role required.Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.Compensation$26.25 - $30.84 hourlyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
