AltaMed Health Services in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Patient Services Advocate to welcome patients and create a positive front office experience by managing expectations with compassion and respect. The Advocate also functions as a member of the health care team by assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care by demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and preferred bilingual abilities
