Additional location includes AMG-Nesset at 1775 Ballard Rd Shifts are 8.5 hours with a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Shifts range from M-F: 10:00am-6:30pm or 9.5 hour shifts when working 4 hour weekends: Sunday/Monday off with Tuesday - Friday 8am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm or Sunday 9am-1pm, with Monday through Thursday 8am-5:30pm

Pay Range

$19.80 - $29.70

What Will You Do:

Schedule 8.5 hours with a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Shifts range from M-F: 10:00am-6:30pm or 9.5 hour shifts when working 4 hour weekends: Sunday/Monday off with Tuesday - Friday 8am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm or Sunday 9am-1pm, with Monday through Thursday 8am-5:30pm As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you’ll play a vital role on the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day. As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will:

• Patient Services: Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients who arrive for appointments or who telephone or visit in person to request appointments or information on tests and procedures, bills and charges, referrals, and other matters.
• Billing Services: Ensures entry at time of service of billing information on the patient and payer and accurate follow-up on missing information.
• Medical Record Services: Upholds standards of the practice and of the medical group for accurate and timely medical records.
