To provide efficient, effective, quality customer service and practice support through a variety of general office duties including scheduling, coding, registration and billing. Maximize revenues by collecting payment at time of service and entering accurate and up-to-date billing information (address, insurance coverage, etc.) into the patient accounting system. Assists clinical staff in maintaining accurate medical records.

AMG Southeast (2301 E 93rd St, Chicago, IL) is a fast-paced, team-centered primary care practice providing family medicine and internal medicine to patients from newborns through older adults. Our team delivers comprehensive care including routine physicals, women’s health, newborn and well-childcare, same-day sick visits, and chronic disease management. We proudly serve a diverse and often underserved community and partner closely with community resources, Neighborhood Care sites, and our pharmacists to support diabetic education and chronic disease medication maintenance.
