Healthcare Network is hiring a Patient Service Representative / Greeter for the Family Care NCHC office in Naples, FL. This front-desk role greets patients, manages check-in, and coordinates with clinical staff to ensure smooth visits.

We value friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to assist a diverse patient base; bilingual candidates are preferred as many patients' first language is not English. Full benefits are offered with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
