Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register patients with a smile, ensuring their experience is smooth from the start.
  • Schedule appointments, manage data entry, and process payments at the point of service.
  • Educate patients about their benefits and assist with insurance verification and referrals.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including transportation coordination and filing.
  • Maintain accurate patient data in our practice management system and uphold company policies.
