Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Patient Services Representative in Castle Rock, CO. This full-time, on-site role supports patient care with exceptional customer service and robust administrative tasks.

Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill. You will greet patients, schedule visits, collect information, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and documentation.
• Maintain a positive clinic culture by addressing patient needs during therapy transitions.
• Maintain patient records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist front office with tasks (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing).
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and departments to ensure a smooth experience.
• Ensure reception area is clean and organized; manage supplies and inventory.

About the Role

As a Patient Service Representative at PRN Physical Therapy, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Patient Interaction

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation accurately.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring the patient’s needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.

Administrative Support

• Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist in keeping front office area neat, tidy and organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.

Communication and Coordination

• Liaise effectively between patients, clinical staff, and other departments within the facility.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to address patient concerns or questions.

Miscellaneous Operations

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
